🔒 Lock icons separate free archive videos from paid ones

The Videos tab mixes free, token-paid, and fan-club-only archive videos. A lock icon means paid or members-only. Without a lock, some archive videos may be free.

The archive does not label every price before you click. You can browse the list to see which archive videos have locks. Check the lock icon before you spend tokens on an archive video.

🔑 Can You Buy and Watch nico_chan's Archive Recordings?

Yes, you can buy and watch nico_chan's archive recordings, but only inside the site and only after purchase.

💰 Token prices unlock paid archive recordings

Paid archive recordings use tokens, and the model sets the price. The archive can include free items, token items, and member-only items in one list. A lock icon tells you that the archive item is not free.

You cannot pay outside the official site for these archive recordings. The archive purchase happens inside the site. Open the Videos tab and check the token price before you buy.

📺 Purchased archive recordings stay in your account

A purchased archive video stays on your side even after the model deletes their account. This follows the Terms of Use, section 12. Your archive access is tied to your account, not to the model's live status.

You watch purchased archive recordings inside the site. Recorded and purchased archive videos cannot be taken out as files. Decide if in-site viewing is enough before you buy an archive recording.

🎥 What It Costs to Record Your Own Archive Copy

Viewer recording is allowed on nico_chan shows at 120 tokens per minute, so you can record your own archive copy.

⏱️ A 10-minute archive copy costs 1,200 tokens, about $133.20

The recording rate is 120 tokens per minute, about $13.32 per minute. A 10-minute recording costs 1,200 tokens, or about $133.20. Tokens drop every minute while you record your own archive copy.

The archive copy you record goes to My Collection. This is one of the two official places to watch an archive. Set a minute limit before you record your own archive copy.

🎛️ The record button appears only on allowed shows

The viewer record button only appears on shows where the model allows it. nico_chan allows public and private recording according to the check. A ticket show is priced per show, not per minute. The record button only appears on shows where the model allows it.

Even when recording is allowed, the archive rules still apply. You can record your own archive copy only during a live show. Check for the record button before you count on making an archive copy.

📥 Your archive copy goes to My Collection

My Collection is the second official place to watch an archive. Shows you recorded yourself with the official record button go here. This archive copy is for your personal viewing inside the site.

You cannot move this archive copy to another app or folder. The archive stays inside your account. Open My Collection after a recording to confirm your archive copy saved.

📅 Why Full Streams Are Not Saved to the Archive

Stripchat does not automatically save every full stream to an archive, so a complete archive rarely exists.

🗓️ Models can keep at most 20 minutes per day for their own archive

A model can record and keep at most 20 minutes of their own streams per day. That means a full-stream archive basically does not remain. The platform has no system that saves every full stream to an archive.

A full-stream archive does not remain when the day ends. The archive on the profile is a selection, not a complete library. Do not expect a complete archive of every live show.

📊 Of 1,487 models, 762 had one or more archive videos

In a comparison from July to August 2026, 1,487 models were counted. Of those, 762 had one or more archive videos. The median was 1 video, and 504 models allowed viewer recording.

nico_chan had 2 archive videos on August 13, 2026. That places the model above the median for archive videos. Compare the archive count to the median before you judge the profile.

🚫 The archive cannot be taken out as files

The archive can be watched in just two places, both inside the official site. One is the Videos tab, and the other is My Collection. Personal viewing only means the archive stays inside the site.

No outside tool is needed or allowed for the archive. Use the official record button if you want an archive copy. Avoid any method that promises to move the archive outside the site.
